Our services analyze publicly accessible data only. We do not:

All analysis is conducted automatically and does not involve human review of your private data.

5. Payments & Tax Compliance

We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is responsible for processing payments and ensuring global tax compliance (including US Sales Tax). Your payment data is collected directly by Paddle; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and attribute affiliate referrals (60-day duration). We do not use tracking cookies for behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention & Automated Deletion

Account & Billing Data: Retained as long as your account is active and as required by law for tax purposes.
Analysis Results: To ensure system performance, all automated analysis results and reports are stored for 30 days. After 30 days, results are permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to save reports within this timeframe.
Credit Usage Metadata: We retain a record of the transaction (e.g., "1 credit deducted") for accounting purposes even after the specific analysis result is deleted.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We implement technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
