Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

- Commission: 70% on the FIRST purchase (Subscription or Credit Package).
- Recurring Commission: 20% on all subsequent payments for the first 12 months of the customer.
- Cookie duration: 60 days.
- Minimum payout: $100.
- Payout lock: 30 days (to account for potential refunds via Paddle).
- Simplicity: We handle taxes and support; you refer and earn.
1. Commission Structure
Initial Bounty: You earn a 70% commission on the customer’s FIRST successful payment.
- Annual Subscriptions: If the customer pays for a full year upfront, you receive 50% of the entire annual amount. No further commissions will be paid for that customer during that year.
- Monthly Subscriptions: If the customer pays monthly, you receive 70% of the first month’s payment only.
- Credit Packages: If the customer’s first purchase is a Credit Package, you receive 70% of that package's total price.
Recurring & Additional Revenue: You earn a 20% commission on all subsequent successful payments made by the referred customer for a period of up to 12 months from their initial signup date. This includes:
- Monthly Renewals: 20% for months 2 through 12.
- Additional Credit Purchases: 20% on any extra Credit Packages bought during the customer's first year, regardless of whether they have a subscription.
Eligibility: Commissions are only earned for as long as the customer maintains an active, paid account. If the customer cancels, fails to pay, or receives a refund, all associated commissions (Initial and Recurring) immediately cease and/or will be voided.
- Minimum Payout: The minimum balance required for a payout is $100.
- The 30-Day Lock & Clawback: All commissions are subject to a 30-day safety hold. This period accounts for potential refunds, chargebacks, or billing disputes handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle).
- Refund/Chargeback Policy: If a customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback for any transaction (Initial or Recurring), the associated commission will be immediately voided. If a commission has already been paid for a transaction that is later charged back or disputed, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from your future earnings (Clawback).
- Payment Schedule: Approved commissions are paid monthly, by the end of the following month (e.g., earnings locked and cleared in March are paid by April 30).
- Methods & Fees: Payments are issued via PayPal, Wise, or Stripe. Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.
3. Prohibited Activity (Zero Tolerance)
Any of the following actions will result in immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:
- Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase services for yourself, your company, or projects you own.
- Brand Bidding (PPC): You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "PropDealCheck" branded keywords, including misspellings or variations, on Google Ads, Bing, or any other search engine.
- Misrepresentation: You may not guarantee financial returns, "deal success," or claim that our tool provides professional legal/financial advice.
- Spam: You may not use unsolicited emails, automated social media posting, or "cookie stuffing" techniques.
4. FTC Disclosure Requirements (USA Law)
To comply with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, all Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with PropDealCheck.
- Disclosure Placement: You must state that you earn a commission. This disclosure must be near the affiliate link or at the top of your review/post.
- Required Labels: Use clear identifiers such as #ad, #affiliate, or a clear statement: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the program.
5. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and PropDealCheck. You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings in your local jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
PropDealCheck shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, WY.

Registration is automated, but we reserve the right to review and terminate accounts that do not meet our quality standards or violate our terms.
Quality Control: We monitor affiliate traffic quality. We reserve the right to withhold payouts and terminate accounts that drive high-risk traffic, high refund rates, or engage in suspicious activity without prior notice.
